Site blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Also featured in this latest photograph disclosure seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and features a legend labelling different areas of the land.
In addition to this are what seem to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including designs for marina coverings.
Additional materials disclosed as part of the current investigative process.
